Eugene location always goes above and beyond. We always request to sit on the back corner wall because my husband tends to have seizures they always help us with our special request. And understand when we loosen the light bulb to make it dark for a table. Beef tips and rice every time hands down my favorite.

I came in here with my husband last night. We were doing our Valentine's Day dinner and shopping a day late, as he had to work Friday. We went in at 1700 hours and there was already an insane line. Although not surprising for a Saturday night. When we were finally seated, which felt like it took forever, we both remembered why it is always worth the wait. Our server was amazing. I love how they've gone away from the counter ordering and done table service through the entire restaurant. That was an excellent change since they opened. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and listening to everything we said. She heard us, and got everything right, which is huge to me. I'm a stickler when it comes to a server listening so I don't have to send things back, and generally this is what I base my tips on. I also love that other employees see a need at a table and handle it without waiting for the assigned server. An employee clearing tables noticed we were out of bread and brought us more. I ordered prime rib with a salad and rice. My husband ordered the filet and ribs with chili and fries. I will be the first to admit I've hated chili for like my entire life, and I love the chili here. I'm always amazed by this fact. Steaks were cooked perfectly, everything was as we ordered it. Husband and I always share parts of our meals, especially the sides. We were talking last night at the table, and we've been coming here for almost 10 years. I'd say every 1-3 months for 10 years, and they've screwed it up once in that time. Once, and they handled it. But even during the Covid lockdowns and only doing takeout, they still got it right. I'm a big fan of consistency, and it's rare I get that level of consistency anywhere. But they absolutely nail it here. This place is like comfort food to me. Because even when I'm having a bad day, I at least know I'll always get an amazing meal and customer service here because it is always on point. Would I return? Absolutely! Again and again. This is easily our most frequented restaurant, and a favorite for date nights. Review 22 of 2025.

Sunday lunch with 3 adults and 3 children at 12;30, 1pm. We didn't have a reservation and were seated right away (though when checking the online wait time it was only about a 10min wait). As we were escorted to our seats and went by the kitchen, 2 bread baskets were picked up by the staff. We took a little while settling in and ordering, our server was patient and kind. Even interacting with the children at our booth table. We asked for a high chair and they first brought a booster high chair but that was an awkward height so we requested a regular one and even though it was blocking the aisle a little, the staff was accommodating. We ordered kids meals and entrees. I got the filet medallions with a loaded baked potato and caesar salad. Another entree we got was the chicken critters with fries and caesar salad as well. Another entree and 3 kids meals were ordered. I also got the Sparkling Berry Bliss mocktail. Drinks and refill of breads came out swiftly. Our salads came out fast and shortly after our entrees came out. Everything was seasoned well. The loaded baked potato had a little too much salt for me on the skin itself but it was easy to scrape off. The one who had the chicken said the sauce was thicker than expected but still paired well with the chicken and fries. The children amd adult with another enteee all seemed to enjoy their food too. We had to ask getting a coloring book for the children which the host never gave us though our server, Josie was apologetic and brought them right away. We were checked in on multiple times too. The place is casual and can get loud but still a place a filling meal! Also didn't know you could get some peanuts to eat as well. For not frequentimg TXRHZ everyone in our group had a great meal

Consistently good food and always great service. Call ahead waitlist helps cut down the wait time. The food is just really good. I know I know, it's a chain but a good steak is hard to find at a reasonable price.

Whether it's lunch or dinner time, you can never go wrong! Service is always great, the vibe is undeniably upbeat and positive, food and drinks are a hit always. I had the sangria margarita, and chicken salad, the portion of both items were huge! It was so good I could come back and eat the chicken salad all the time.

I have since tried the chicken critters meal, with fries. I also tried the Caesar salad as well. All of it tasted very good. Very good service. If you're looking for chicken tenders and fries that are not little kiddish, you'll love this place. The ranch is also good as well.

I stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner. I have been to a few locations before but had to write a little something about this one. The staff was so friendly. My server was awesome! The manager came by and checked on me and I got an enthusiastic "hello" and friendly farewell from the host. Business was a little slow, it picked up when I left, but the employees were so happy and helpful. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. The salad was delicious. The steak was perfectly prepared, exactly as I order it.
